I was disappointed with this tour. It ended up being way harder than I expected for someone with mobility issues. There was a lot more walking than I thought, plus tons of standing around and barely any chance to sit down. The accessibility info when I booked was too vague, so I figured it would be okay, but it really wasnt. I had to skip few parts and felt rushed most of the time. I wouldnt book it again unless they give much clearer details about how much walking is involved.

The site froze on me twice while I was trying to finish my order, which was frustrating. I did eventually get the confirmation, but it came later than I expected, so for a while I wasn’t really sure if everything had gone through or if I needed to… yeah, it was just a bit annoying.

I really wanted to like this. The guide was friendly, no complaints there. But the food… just not enough. A few tiny bites here and there, and then we’d move on. I kept thinking the next stop would be more filling, but it never really happened. For what I paid, I expected to leave full, or at least satisfied. Instead I ended up grabbing food afterward. Wouldn’t book it again.

The food did end up being really good, and there were a couple of stops I’d happily go back to on my own. But as we got going, what stood out more and more was how much our guide knew about the area. They shared all these small details and stories I never would’ve noticed or found by myself, and it made the whole walk feel less like a tour and more like being shown around by someone who genuinely loves the place. By the end, the stories were what stuck with me most.

Just a heads up for anyone thinking about reaching out to them: I waited for days and still never got an answer. Really frustrating, especially when you’re expecting at least some kind of response. I wouldn’t count on quick communication here.

I had a good time overall and enjoyed the experience, but... my dietary request wasn’t handled as clearly as I’d hoped. The staff did try to help, which I appreciated, I just wish there had been better info available before booking.

Overall, the food was really good, especially the tapas and the small local spots we probably never would’ve found on our own. Everything tasted fresh and didn’t feel like the usual touristy places. That said, I did feel a little ignored at times, especially when one of the dishes came out a bit cold and it didn’t really seem like anyone noticed or checked in. I also would’ve loved a little more dessert. Still, it was a very nice food tour and I’m glad we did it

I enjoyed the tour overall and the guide was good. I guess I just assumed the meeting point would be easy to find, but it wasn’t very clear where we were supposed to go. Once we got started, everything was fine.

Canceling the tour was simple, which I appreciated. The only frustrating part was that the refund took a lot longer than I expected to show up, though to be fair, it did come through in the end

Overall, I had a good experience. Some of the restaurants were genuinely really nice and stood out, but a couple of the vendors felt kind of average to me. Not bad at all, just not quite what I was expecting. When I reached out, support was nice enough and basically said something like, “Thanks for letting us know, we’ll pass the feedback along,” which I appreciated. I’d still consider trying it again, but I’d probably be a little more selective next time
